Getting Started: Online Store Overview

 

Shopping at JRJ4x4.Com is easy.  Just simply follow the directions provided and you will be on your way to purchase items from our site in no time. The following is an overview of how our site will process your order.

 

The 1st Step is searching a product category.  Please search the appropriate category and click on a particular product available for sale to find out more details.

 

The 2nd Step is to shortlist products into your shopping cart. Please note that you can change and delete the product before you proceed to check out.

 

The 3rd Step is confirming your orders by checking out and you will be required to enter the billing and shipping information. Please note we only accepts the English characters and please DO NOT use other languages.


The 4th Step is a confirmation by our company of the receipt of you order. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you email with instruction of making payment of your products, depending on the shipping rate and shipping zone.

 

The 5th Step is a confirmation by our company of the receipt of you payment and order. Upon confirmation of your order, an automated email with your order reference ID Number. Another email will be sent once we have processed your order followed by another email notification once your order is shipped.

 

The Final Step is checking your order status by logging into our order status area of our site with your Reference ID.

Once you have placed an order, you can click on this icon to check your order status. You will need to log in with your order reference ID to view shipment status.

Browsing the Online Store

 

Search product by different options.. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.
Choose a brand from the brand available box.  Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.
Click on the image or product title to find out complete information about the product that you are interested.  Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.
If you wish to shortlist this product, click the to add product into your shopping cart.  You can also change the quantity that you wish to order. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.

Adding Items Into Your Shopping Cart

 

To view items in your shopping cart, click the view cart icon.  You can add, delete or change the quantity of items in your shopping cart.  Once you are satisfied with your order, click to update your shopping cart click to continue shopping.  Please click to proceed to check out and complete your order. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.

 

You will then be required to enter the Billing information of your order. If your shipping information is different, key in the appropriate information.  If shipping information is the same, then checked the box.  Click on "Continue" to proceed to confirming your billing and shipping information. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.

Confirming your Billing and Shipping Information details will show items that you have ordered. The shipping rate will be added after confirmation of availability.  Please click the to confirm your order.

A confirmation of order email will be sent to your email address.  You are advised to print this page for reference.  To check your order status from our website, please visit this link: http://www.jrj4x4.Com/orderstatus and key in your Order Reference No. to Log in.  Within 24 hrs you will also receive a confirmation email from us to proceed to payment of your order.

 

Checking Your Order Status

 

From any page in online store click on the "order status" button at the main menu bar of the page to enter the customer login page.  Your will be required to enter your Order Reference ID which our system has auto generated in your email confirmation. Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.

Once you are log on, you will be able to view the status of your order.  The order status field will read "Payment Pending" before our staff has processed your order.  Once processed, your payment  status will show an online verification number eg "VQNE123274945" and your Order status will changed to "Pending Shipment".  If you order is shipped, your order status will read "Shipped" If your order status is shipped,  an airway bill no. or Tracking Number will be provided for tracking purpose.  Click on thumb nail at left for larger view.
